Ver esta publicación en Instagram I’m thrilled and excited in equal measure to be hosting a panel debate on Friday at the Etsy Good Store pop up shop in London’s fashionable Covent Garden. The lovely folk at @etsyuk have invited me to spend the day with them and explore the subject of conscious consumerism. I’ve loved Etsy since its inception as it’s a platform that supports small businesses, makers and craftspeople. What I love most about Etsy is it’s filled with passionate designer makers who sell for the pure love of making beautiful pieces and I’m often amazed how the prices are far from scary. I’m a massive lover of the unique, the handmade and yet also the affordable too! When it comes to designing my own home I love to mix high street, vintage and one off pieces as this is the recipe for a home with plenty of verve and personality, and that’s what its all about for me.
